Event Creative

Event creative is the process of creating an overall vision for the event. The process encompasses all visual aspects of the event, from the overall mood and tone to the smallest details. Beginning with a unique event concept, creative ensures each element and touchpoint designed comes together to create a distinctive and unforgettable guest experience. 

Examples of Tasks

  • Work with client to identify theme direction.
  • Create initial mood boards.
  • Define space usage and layout with production.
  • Design various aspects of the event:
    • Printed Materials
    • Monogram/Logos
    • Set / Stage
    • Furniture / Decor
    • Floral
    • Food and Beverage Presentation
  • Select specific furniture, fabrics, and finishes.
  • Select specific table top elements - Linens, Dinnerware, Chargers, Napkins
  • Liaise with florist to select flowers and containers.
  • Define all staff attire:
    • Event Staff
    • Production Staff
    • Technical Staff
    • Entertainment / Talent
    • Catering / Waitstaff
